Managing PartnerMr. Olatunde Odunowo is a graduate of Business Administration (Insurance) from University of Lagos. He is a Fellow member of Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria. He has a unique experience in office management. He is an expert both in PAYE Tax and Corporate tax matters. He has acquired a lot of experience in company insolvency and receivership assignments. He has participated in Large Tax Payers’ Tax Advisory and management services
Kunle Oyetoyan (FCA, ACTI)
Deputy Managing PartnerMr. Kunle Oyetoyan holds HND certificate in Banking & Finance from Kwara State Polytechnic, Ilorin and MBA in Finance from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1997. He is an expert in PAYE Tax and Corporate Tax management. He is a trainer to Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and private training outfit. He has a special skill in Technical & Law research on Taxation matters.
Esther Dike (FCTI)
PartnerEsther Dike is a member of Chartered Institute of Taxation. She has a certificate in Town & Urban Planning from Yaba College of Technology, Lagos. She possesses a special skill in organization structuring and staff placement. She is an expert both in PAYE Tax and Corporate tax matters. She is a fellow of the Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and has acquired vast experience in tax planning, advisory and tax management practice.
Emmanuel Adeleke (FCA, ACTI)
PartnerMr. Emmanuel Adeleke has MBA in Financial Management from Lagos State University, Lagos. He qualified as Chartered Accountant in 1997. He is an expert in PAYE Tax and Corporate Tax management. He is a trainer to Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria, Chartered Institute of Taxation of Nigeria and private training outfits. He has a special skill in Technical & Law research on Taxation matters.
Olumide Fafowora (FCA, ACTI)
PartnerAs a Principal Consultant in Ijewere & Co., he was formerly a Manager and Head of Department in the Lagos Head office of the firm executing and ensuring optimum delivery of various tax and consultancy assignments. Subsequently he ascended to the position of a Director in charge of Northern operations and led team of seasoned Tax Professionals in ensuring maximum delivery of quality services to the clientele. By virtue of the successes accrued to him in the Northern Region for many years as Coordinator he was then elevated to the position of Partner in the Firm.
